Apple Noodle Kugel

This is a very easy noodle kugel. I mean, very, very easy. This was another Rosh Hashana dish. The apple and honey combo make it perfect for the holiday. The ease of preparation make it perfect year round.

What you'll need:
16 ounces wide or medium egg noodles
6 eggs
1/2 sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 cup raisins
1 - 20 ounce can apple pie filling
optional cinnamon to taste
a greased 13 x 9 inch pan

Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Meanwhile, beat the egg and add the remaining ingredients.
When the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the other ingredients.
Pour all this into the greased pan.
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees F.
The top should be golden brown.
Let it sit for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven then slice into squares or scoop out with a spoon.

I don't know why but these are the worst photos I've taken so far. Oh well, can't win them all. At least the kugel was good. Although, like the other Rosh Hashana dish, I don't have an after. Sorry.
